You need to take care of family issues today, even if you thought they were behind you. Things keep popping up, though -- that's just the way it is. You're happy to deal this time, though.

One more group of former social-liberals refuses to be a part of the Democratic Party, after fusion

A group of members of the territorial organization of Nisporeni of the former Social-Liberal Party diffused a statement by means of which they announced that they do not want to be a part of the Democratic Party anymore after its fusion with the social-liberal, DECA-press transmits.
According to the statement, signed by Victor Rusu, president of the Nisporeni territorial organization of PSL, the reason the social-liberals have left the faction is connected with the fact that „their colleagues from the territory of the Democratic Party with the approval of the Chisinau authorities made some actions which are regrettable, as they left the Coalition of democratic forces from the district and insisted on the demnd of dismissal of the current leaders of the district, together with the representatives of communist parties”.
The statement also says that social-liberals from this district always welcomed and supported the intention of union of political forces of democratic orientation and, from this point of view, they accepted the idea of the process of fusion with the Democratic Party. The members of the territorial organization from Nisporeni of social-liberals caused the participation at this process by preserving the fundamental program directions of PSL and mainly, the accession to NATO.
Yet, according to the authors of the declaration, the further evolution of events finished with the congress of fusion didn't coincide with the expectances and hopes of the members of PSL from Nisporeni.
The authors of the declaration also affirm that, in such new conditions, they do not see themselves in the Democratic Party and that, at the sitting from February 27th, they decided to join the Liberal Democratic Party. // DECA-Press
