On Thursday, the social – political movement ‘Popular Action’ launched the campaign „Join NATO to join the European Union” in Chisinau, DECA-press Agency transmits.
„The aim of this event is to inform the population of the country what NATO means and why Moldova should become a member of this European structure. I shall go to every village and explain to the people that NATO doesn’t mean rockets in Aunty Ileana’s haystack,” Sergiu Mocanu, the leader of the movement, said.
