The Moldovan speaker declares that the development of the civil society should preoccupy the sate as well
„The development of the civil society should not only be the preoccupation of foreign investors but also of the state,” Marian Lupu, the speaker of the Moldovan parliament, declared at the annual conference “The Cooperation between the Parliament and the Social Society”, DECA-press Agency informs.
According to Lupu, the state authorities need a reliable partner. The state has to contribute at the development and consolidations of the capacities of this partner by offering financing to the civil society following the model of political parties financing according to the law. In his speech, the speaker pointed out the drawbacks that appeared after the launching of the Concept of Cooperation with the Civil Society.
