A friend or coworker is pushing you over the edge today -- even though you know perfectly well that they don't mean anything serious. Just take a deep breath and let them make a fool of themselves.

CEC will have a representative at the presidential elections in Russia

The deputy president of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC), Renata Lapti, will represent the Commission at the president elections from the Russian Federaiton. CEC took the decision to delegate Renata Lapti for this mission, DECA-press Agency transmits.
The delegation of the CEC vice-chairman, who was issued as a member of Cec by the Christian Democratic People's Party, amazed a little bit the political world. Analysts expected that CEC will be represented by the secretary of the Commission, Iurie Ciocan, at the elections from Russia, who was issued as a member of CEC by the Communist Party. Moreover, Ciocan represented CEC at the elections in the State Duma of the Russian Federation, and recently, the „Official Monitor” published the decision of CEC according to which Ciocan was delegated at a seminar for observers in the Russian Federation.
At the same time, CEC specifies that Renata Lapti will go to Russia not as an observer, but as an expert on electoral issues and representative of CEC.
For now, it is not known if Moldova will have observers at the presidential elections from Russia planned for March 2nd. // DECA-Press
