The leader of AMN accuses the leaders of IPNA of the fact they work out of the law
Serafim Urechean, leader of „Moldova Noastra” Alliance (AMN), asserts that the trial started by Valentin Todercan, president of „Teleradio-Moldova” Company, against two members of the IPNA's Council of Observers, Igor Munteanu and Veaceslav Ionita, is also „a result of the fact that the problems at the institution have been too much tolerated by the new members of the watching council”.
„There was no consequence and reaction from the part of members of CO and the announcement of AMN faction, made at the beginning of 2007 as a result of a monitoring of TV news Moldova 1. At the same time, the deed of a higher body places IPNA out of law (CA) and higher than its own watching council”, a statement signed by Serafim Urechean says, cited by DECA-press. He affirms that everyone has the right to appeal to justice system, „but in this case, Mr. Todercan neglects and avoids the senior forum and by maintaining the actions, he has to quit his job from „Teleradio-Moldova”, which continues manipulating citizens and serving the communist governing system”. „I appreciate that, by publishing the study „Teleradio-Absurdistan or the stolen reform in the public company”, the members of the Council of Observers, Igor Munteanu and Veaceslav Ionita, presented a competenet and absolutely legal point of view, justified and necessary due to their mandate of defenders of public interest”, the statement of the AMN leader also shows. // DECA-Press Publication date: 24 January 2008 Source: Archive
