The Ministry of Justice rejected the accusations that the Social-Political Movement “People’s Action” was not registered because of political reasons.

According to a communiqu? from the Ministry of Justice, on May 12, 2008, the Court of Appeals Chisinau rejected the movement’s application to cancel the Ministry of Justice’s decision of February 18, 2008 not to register the given movement.

"The Ministry of Justice considers that the accusations brought by representatives of the Social-Political Movement are unsupported, tendentious and misleading,” the communiqu? says.

The Ministry of Justice says that it refused to register the movement because it violated a number of legal norms and because there were numerous signs indicating that some of the signatures put on the applications for joining the movement were not authentic // Reporter.MD
