Head of state decrees creation of National Commission for European Integration

President Vladimir Voronin on May 16 signed a decree to constitute the National Commission for European Integration.

According to the presidential press service, President Vladimir Voronin will be the chairman of the commission, while Prime Minister Zinaida Grecianyi - the commission's vice charwoman.

The members of the commission are: Deputy Speaker Maria Postoico, Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Andrei Stratan, Minister of Economy and Trade Igor Dodon, Chairman of the Legal Parliamentary Commission for Appointments and Immunities Vladimir Turcan, Chairman of the Parliamentary Commission for Foreign Policy and European Integration Grigore Petrenco, Minister of Finance Mariana Durlesteanu, Minister of Justice Vitalie Parlog, Minister of the Interior Valentin Mejinschi, Minister of Reintegration Vasilii Sova, Chairman of the Superior Council of Magistrates Nicolae Clima, presidential adviser Marc Tkaciuc, and presidential adviser Teodor Vasilica.

Under the same decree, the National Commission for European Integration will coordinate the fulfillment of the commitments deriving from the Moldova-EU documents and understandings // Reporter.MD
