On Tuesday afternoon, while presenting the governmental program in front of the civil servants and directors of enterprises and institutions from Balti Town, the prime-minister Zinaida Greceanai compared Republic of Moldova with “a part of a very delicious sandwich”, DECA-press Agency transmits.

In this way, the prime-minister tried to illustrate the neutrality status of the Republic of Moldova, one of the items of the governmental program.

Zinaida Greceanai said that Republic of Moldova is situated between two great economic blocks – the block of European Community countries and the block of independent countries – CIS, so that the republic must take advantage of this situation. Both have interests here, and we must make Moldova attractive for both these blocks, Zinaida Greceanai declared.

We specify that Zinaida Greceanai made her first visit in Balti as prime-minister of the Republic of Moldova on Tuesday, April 22nd. During the day, she visited several local companies, social institutions, heard citizens, and in the evening, she participated at a reunion of civil servants, directors of enterprises and institutions from the locality. // DECA-Press
