The non-affiliated Valentina Cusnir asserts that the life of the president of the republic Vladimir Voronin and of the leader of the majority parliamentary faction of the Communist Party, Eugenia Ostapciuc, could be in danger, DECA-press Agency transmits.

On Thursday, the deputy declared at the plenary sitting of the Parliament, that the flats in which the two officials live are situated next to the hotel of the Parliament, occupied abusively in 2001 by former combatants. They live there today too, using gas supplies, because the building is not connected to the gas pipe.

The deputy asserts that the use of gas supplies are very dangerous, referring to some incidents recently produced because of these supplies in the capital.

She reminded that she had discussed many times the problems of connecting this house to the gas pipe within the Government, but everything was in vain. Valentina Cusnir asked many times the Government to inform her about what measures it has taken in this context. // DECA-Press
