United Control Commission demands to take away the police guard-posts from safe haven
The delegation from the Republic of Moldova could not persuade the representatives of Pridnestrovie to examine the project of abolition of the police guard-posts from the Save Haven. Ion Solonenco, the co-chairman of the United Control Commission from Moldova has informed about the results of this meeting, which took place on Thursday.
“All the discussion at the meeting proved, that the delegates from Prednestrovie do not want to solve problems”-Ion Solinenco specifies, cited by DECA-press Agency.
According to colonel Victor Marcinschi, the head of the peacemaking forces from Moldova, the abolition of more than twenty police guard-posts from Save Haven would disarm the region.
The representatives of Chisinau assert that, this initiative has not been decided up till now. The main reason is that the delegates from Pridnestrovie do not want to collaborate and postpone the discussion of this problem.
Experts consider that these guard-posts from Pridnestrovie are unnecessary. // DECA-Press
