Two Moldovan Ministers resigned
The Moldovan Minister of Education Mihail Shleahtitski and the Minister of Interior Alexey Roibu have resigned, the press service of the Government informs.
Mr. Shleahtitski told UNIMEDIA news portal that he did not submit a resignation request as Prime Minister Vlad Filat said. The former Minister stated he does not know about any decision of the Premier to remove from office some heads of the Executive.
The Minister of Education is replaced by Maia Sandu who is currently adviser of the Executive Chief of the World Bank in Washington, DC, USA. She holds a degree from Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
The Minister of Interior Alexey Roibu is replaced by Dorin Recean. He is a graduate the Newport University, USA, where he works as lecturer now.
Moldovan President Nicolae Timofti has already signed the decree of revocation of the two Ministers.
