The declaration of independence of Kosovo inflamed the separatist spirits in Tiraspol
The declaration of independence of Kosovo enflamed the separatist spirits in Tiraspol. Thus, the head of the Council of the Trade Union Federation from Transnistria called the authorities, political parties and nongovernmental associations from the region to require from these countries a bail in the process of negotiations and from the world communities to initiate actions for defining the status of RMN, DECA-press transmits.
The head of the Council asserts that in the last 17 years, the international communty didn't want to recognize the independence of Transnistria, referring to the lack of a premise in this context.
„Now, the premise was created – the USA and the European Union countries recognized the independence of Kosovo, taking into consideration the interests of the inhabitants of the province, which they have exposed at the referendum”, the trade union representatives from the left bank of the Nistru river affirm. // DECA-Press
