[Vlad Filat, captioned as leader of the Liberal Democratic Party] Normally, at least the speaker of parliament should have been elected today. I understand, in fact I am convinced, that there is no unity within the Communist Party.

[Serafim Urechean, captioned as leader of the Our Moldova Alliance] During con! sultations within the Communist Party this morning, Voronin failed to get 52 votes necessary to elect the parliamentary speaker, therefore, they urgently cancelled this meeting.

[Vladimir Turcan, captioned as Communist MP] Under regulations, [MPs] are not allowed to take the floor.
