"Presently, negotiations are being held between the parties which made it to the parliament. My firm belief is that the post-electoral agreements should take into account the voters' option," the prime minister said.

Vlad Filat said that important democratic transformations have started in Moldova in 2010, which are to ensure a new quality of the citizens' life. The prime minister said that these processes are to find their continuity now, and subsequently - the finality.

The two ministers appreciated that the elections were free and fair in Moldova. They stressed that this gave the parties possibility to promote their programmes, and the citizens to freely express their choice.

Carl Bildt and Radoslaw Sikorski described as correct the path of development chosen by Moldova, and emphasized the need to continue the course of democratic reforms and European integration.
