Moldovan Ambassadors: Moldova is seen with good eyes in West
Moldova has a good reputation in Paris and enjoys a strong support from Washington, D.C. in its transition process. This fact was confirmed by the Moldovan diplomats in France and the United States of America, Publika TV informs.
According to the source, the political analysts believe that Moldova’s ambassadors should promote the real image of Moldova.
“The French authorities give very good marks to Moldova. Being seen from Paris, Moldova is a success story,” Oleg Serebrian, the Moldovan Ambassador to France said.
Moldovan Ambassador to Washington, D.C. says the USA wants to see a strong democratization process in the country.
“For the United States it is important that this transition to bolster the institutions and the rule of law. We are being encouraged by the Western institutions and the USA is a constant supporter of this transition,” the Moldovan Ambassador to the US Igor Munteanu said.
The Moldovan Foreign Minister organized yesterday a meeting in Chisinau with all Moldovan Ambassadors serving abroad.
