Moldova has new ambassadors to the UK and Switzerland
Moldova has named new ambassadors abroad. The Government appointed today Iulian Fruntasu as the Moldovan ambassador to the United Kingdom and Ireland, based in London. Ambassador Victor Moraru, the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Moldova at the United Nations was named as the ambassador of Moldova to Switzerland, based in Geneva.
The Government has also approved an additional list of activities which are designed to be implemented in the project of visa free travel regime with the European Union. The supplementary actions which should be undertaken during the second round of the dialogue are to implement the recommendations given by the European Union.
