Moldova: Cannon fodder by and for Dodon
Chisinau / Moldova.ORG/ -- "On June 5, due to Chisinau votes, I won the elections in Chisinau city area, accumulating about 53% of the vote. It is a first round victory. A victory expecting it's reconfirmation in the expected near term", said the Communist Party candidate for mayor of Chisinau, Dodon, in a press briefing held today.
Dodon believes that if no suspicious things happened in the suburbs, he would have spoken seeing himself as mayor of Chisinau today. "Voting and counting procedure causes more questions. We have accumulated a set of samples that demonstrate serious fraud in polling stations of both suburbs and the town. Our lawyers are in the process of verification and presentation of such evidence in court to ask for the denial and repeated elections in these constituencies", he added.
PCRM team is very indignant for the fact that, as Dodon declares, there were admitted serious violations in the election process. According to his statements, the voting period was extended at Colonita, and during the electoral campaign there were surveys conducted that were designed to lead people into error, and the exit poll that has manipulated public opinion. Note that recent statements made by the Communist candidate for leadership of the capital were highly provocative and arouse evident discontent among Communist voters.
Since yesterday, still not knowing the final results of local elections, the Communist candidate prepared his side supporters with not exactly suitable reactions for any deviation from the initial result they had been induced.
Dodon, since last night, still not being declared as winner, was already paving the way for lifting the masses in case the results don't benefit him. We can see the subtle challenges from the statements of dissatisfaction regarding the results of voting he made today, they aimed to arouse a feeling of discontent among his supporters.
At the same time, there were observed some very naughty provocateurs on several chats, trying to denigrate the image of Chirtoaca and the entire LP team. Hard replies were changed between Dodon's provocateurs and other visitors of the chats. Provocateurs said that if protests will be announced, they will be first on the "red" market (alluding to the Great National Assembly in Chisinau).
It seemed that this scenario is part of Dodon's campaign. Knowing from the start what to expect and not wanting to disappoint the voters, he wrote a really dirty screenplay, as the Communists know how.
I think ideologists liked the events of 7 April 2009 and this time they are trying to cause such situations to sacrifice a part of the electorate for a "noble" cause.
It seems that the "patriots of Moldova" accept Russian occupation and points the finger at an EU country which is our neighbor and relative, as if Romania was in Transnistria with the 14th Army.
The conclusion is that the Communists do not see people in front of them, but "cannon fodder". They trample over the souls and people to achieve their goals. 21-st Century already, but the Communists still remained communist.
