Moldova: 11 policemen, under investigation in Valeriu Boboc case
11 policemen were dismissed and put under criminal investigation in the case of Valeriu Boboc’s death, killed in the night of 7 to 8 April, 2009.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs, Victor Catan, specified on Monday, during a press conference, that some of them were put under accusation. Some of them are just witnesses.
The former chief of municipal police, Iacob Gumenita, and policeman Ion Perju, are among these policemen.
The policemen that will not be considered guilty will be re-assigned, Catan specified.
