Gabriel Stati arrested by Ukrainian law authorities
Gabriel Stati, the son of the businessman Anatol Stati, the owner fo the ASCOM Group, was arrested in Ukraine by the law authorities, according to the Ukrainian press.
Contacted by BASA-press, the general prosecutor Valeriu Gurbulea, confirmed the information, without offering some more details. The prosecutor did not specify whether the proceedings of his extradition have already been initiated.
Formerly, more leaders of political parties have said that Gabriel Stati would be one of the organizers of the protests that degenerated into violent actions and acts of vandalsim in the centre of Chisinau, on April 7.
