Arcadie Barbarosie: "Without Russia we cannot solve the Transnistrian problem"
Chisinau / Moldova.ORG / - During the discussions that took place in Washington, Arcadie Barbǎroşie, Executive Director at the Institute for Public Policy, Moldova, said that the Russian Federation “has a huge influence in Transnistria problem”. This area is used as an instrument to maintain the control of the situation in South Eastern Europe.
According to Arcadie Barbǎroşie, the settlement of the Transnistrian problem is impossible without Russia.
In another context, he referred to the need of building a new civic nation in Moldova and of the feeling of the belonging to a new community.
