77 victims: Norwegian shooter Anders Breivik won’t be sentenced to jail!
Chişinău / Moldova.ORG/ -- Psychiatrists believe that mass killer Anders Behring Breivik was insane when he was killing 77 people. According to France Press agency, the doctors Torgayra Husbi and Sorhaym Sonne claim that Breivik is suffering from paranoid schizophrenia.
Experts made 243-page report, based on 13 interviews with the Norwegian terrorist. The document is declared confidential, but the experts were allowed to announce its main conclusion whether Anders Behring Breivik was sane.
“We came to the conclusion, without any doubt” said the psychiatrists to the District Court of Oslo and reporters about the terrorist’s illness. “[He lived in his] own delusional universe where all his thoughts and acts are guided by his delusions”.
If the forensic experts approve the psychiatrists’ report the Norwegian shooter will not be sentenced to imprisonment, detention, community service or fines. He will only face a mandatory psychiatric treatment.
Recall that Anders Breivik detonated a 500-kilogram bomb in the government district of Oslo, causing the death of 8 people. Several hours later, Breivik opened fire on the teenagers on the Norwegian island of Utoeya July 22, 2011. There he killed 69 people. After being detained Breivik claimed that his actions were “frightening, but necessary” to fight the “growing Islamization and multiculturalism of Europe”.
